Abe Ovadia, a highly acclaimed jazz guitarist, has garnered accolades and recognition as an innovative virtuoso in the realm of music, particularly by the esteemed Musicvox Guitars. His rise to prominence in the vibrant jazz scene of New York City has been marked by consistently delivering world-class performances, a fact duly acknowledged and praised by none other than Times Square New York itself.
Hailing from Marlboro, New Jersey, Abe's musical journey began under his father's guidance, a respected blues bassist. He furthered his education at Berklee College of Music and earned a Masters Degree in jazz performance from New York University, crowned Best Guitarist of 2016 by Hot House Jazz Magazine. Beyond performing and accolades, Abe's passion for music education spans over two decades, including inspiring thousands of children in public schools and teaching at Fairleigh Dickinson University.
In 2018, Abe founded the Monmouth Music Academy, a cutting-edge music school focused on personalized instruction and nurturing students' passion for music. This academy, with expert instructors and a commitment to musical growth, reflects Abe's vision to enrich lives through music for generations to come.

My journey through high school, college, and graduate school was marked by the influence of various music teachers on different instruments. These experiences shaped my life profoundly, instilling in me a deep appreciation for music that I believe is essential for a well-rounded individual. Music lessons opened up a new world for me, one that I would not have explored otherwise - a life in music.
Inspired by my personal experiences, my vision for Monmouth Music Academy is simple yet profound. I envision a welcoming and supportive environment where students of all ages and levels can pursue their passion for music. Our team of talented and professional teachers will guide them through the intricacies of music, inspiring them to meet the challenges along the way.
